CANCELLATION POLICY
- Refunds of registration will be made only against written requests by mail or post submitted to the conference secretariat.
- Till 30th April 2026, 25% of charges will be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded.
- Till 31st July 2026, 50% of charges will be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded.
- Till 31st August 2026, 75% of charges will be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded.
- No refund after 1st September 2026.
- All refund will be settled after conference only.
